The goal of the Edmunds GovTech Customer Success  team is to ensure that all of our customers are meeting their goals with our products and services. Our Customer Success Managers are here to be advocates for you by leveraging our industry expertise and deep knowledge of our customer’s needs. 

The Customer Success Managers are dedicated to:

• Aid in customer onboarding
• Conduct routine health checks
• Notify customers of new products and services
• Promote Edmunds GovTech educational events and webinars
• Organize and relay customer feedback to product teams
• Help maximize customer ROI by ensuring software is used entirely and efficiently by users
