Kathy Somers

Kathy is a receptionist and began working for Edmunds GovTech in 2004. She monitors our multi-line phone system and directs phone calls to the respective person. She also monitors response times and customer satisfaction. Kathy enjoys traveling to new places, different foods, and making crafts.
