Jannet is a Software Support Specialist at Edmunds GovTech since October 2024, where she assists clients with MCSJ Tax & Utility. With a background in technology and customer service, she is dedicated to providing clear, effective support to municipalities and organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems from George Mason University. Outside of work, she enjoys continuous learning, basketball, baking, and spending her time with her cat Lovie.
