Jessica began working for Edmunds GovTech in 2024 as a Customer Support Specialist. She provides assistance to customers relating to Tax & Utility within our software. Prior to that, she spent 9 years working in municipal government and is a Certified Tax Collector for New Jersey. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her son gaming, watching shows/movies, building legos, and going on adventures.
