Jessica Parke

Jessica is a Level II Support Specialist. She began working at Edmunds Govtech in 2015. Jessica handles the more in-depth cases and is responsible for teaching the customer support team about our MCSJ Software so they can better assist our clients. Jessica has B.S. in mathematics and a B.A. in computer science. Jessica loves to travel, listen to music, and to hike. She also has many pets that were all rescues including a dog, a bird, a turtle, and cats!
