The goal of the Edmunds GovTech Customer Success team is to ensure that all of our customers are meeting their goals with our products and services. Our Customer Success Managers are here to be advocates for you by leveraging our industry expertise and deep knowledge of our customer’s needs.
The Customer Success Managers are dedicated to:
- Aid in customer onboarding
- Conduct routine health checks
- Notify customers of new products and services
- Promote Edmunds GovTech educational events and webinars
- Organize and relay customer feedback to product teams
- Help maximize customer ROI by ensuring software is used entirely and efficiently by users

Director of Customer Success
Paul Skibo earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems from Florida State University and began working at Edmunds GovTech in 2002, where he started as a Network Technician in our IT Department, before transitioning into the role of Customer Relations Director in 2008. Now, as the Director of Customer Success, Paul heads our customer advocacy team committed to helping customers achieve their goals by utilizing our products and services completely and efficiently.
Account Manager - BAS/Logics Product Line
I’ve been with Edmunds GovTech since October 2013 in an Account Management role working with clients across our different software platforms. My philosophy has always been to be a client advocate by engaging appropriate internal resources to assist with client issues, addressing additional services that Edmunds GovTech can provide to streamline processes, and providing a forward thanking vision for our clients.
Prior to joining Edmunds GovTech in 2013, I graduated from North Carolina State University and ran my own company providing wireless connectivity to the kiosk industry for 10 years. I’m currently located in Raleigh, NC. I look forward to working with you!

Customer Success Manager - MCSJ Product Line NC, SC, VA, NJ
Here’s a little about myself: I’ve been working at Edmunds GovTech for the past year, starting out as a Business Development Representative and working my way to Customer Success Manager. Since working from home this past year, I have enjoyed trying new flavors of coffee from different companies (recommendations are always appreciated) and going on hikes with my dog!
As the Customer Success Manager for MCSJ customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and parts of New Jersey, I’ll be your main point of contact moving forward. I’m looking forward to working with you and can’t wait to help you get the most out of our Edmunds GovTech software.

Customer Success Manager - MCSJ Product Line DE, MD, NY, PA, NJ, and New England
I am currently in Graduate school for my MBA and some of my hobbies include soccer, traveling to other countries, summers on the beach, working out, and enjoying quality time with my friends and family.
After several internships in our nation’s capital , I began my journey with Edmunds GovTech. For the last year I have been building relationships as a Sales Development Representative and now have the opportunity to add value to the customer experience as the Customer Success Manager for MCSJ customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and parts of New Jersey.
As your Customer Success Manager I will be your advocate and trusted advisor for your local government, as well as your main point of contact for all of your needs, whether that be regarding any issues or recommendations on any additional services that we may offer.

Here’s just a bit about myself: I have been at Edmunds GovTech for the past two years providing MCSJ support to our end users and working my way to a Customer Success Manager. Aside from work, I love traveling and networking and am currently a graduate student pursuing my MBA!
As the Customer Success Manager for MCSJ customers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and parts of New Jersey, I am your advocate here at Edmunds GovTech and it is my goal to be an asset to your organization. I truly care about you and your local government’s success, and I am here to be the person you can count on for anything MCSJ related.
